PHI Air Medical Membership Counties
All residents of Kentucky are eligible for the PHI Air Medical Membership Program. Please call the PHI Membership Office for details. The toll-free number to call is (888) 435-9744, 8:00a.m. - 4:00p.m. (P.S.T.), Monday through Friday.
Service Parameters
24-hour availability of our helicopter for lifesaving air medical transport within the membership counties. Members are responsible for transport charges beyond 200 air miles from each base.
